Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Priya Gorh Digital provides professional services including, but not limited to, WordPress Web Design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Specialized Google Ads Management. Each project is governed by a specific proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon before the project begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your digital campaigns or website build, clients must provide necessary access (e.g., Google Ads account, WordPress login) and timely feedback. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Project Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the project queue.
Ad Spend: For Google Ads management, the client is responsible for paying Google directly for all advertising costs. My service fee covers the strategic management and optimization of those ads only.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the finished website and creative assets. However, I reserve the right to showcase the work in my professional portfolio to demonstrate my skills and experience.

5. Disclaimer of Results

While I use data-driven strategies and 2026 industry best practices to scale your brand, I cannot guarantee specific sales figures or #1 rankings on Google, as these are influenced by external market factors and platform algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Priya Gorh Digital is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services or the performance of third-party platforms like Google or WordPress.
